Using Kalpa
You are responsible for your use of the services and for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure. Your use must comply with applicable law. You may not use Kalpa to commit fraud, impersonate anyone without their consent or infringe others' rights, or attempt to bypass access controls, usage limits or security measures.
Your content
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for content you submit, including any voices or recordings. You retain any rights you have in your content and give Kalpa permission to process it to provide, maintain, secure and improve the services and our models. You are responsible for how you use generated output. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
Availability and paid services
Features may change or be discontinued, and beta services may contain errors or interruptions. Any paid use is subject to the pricing or order agreed with you before purchase. We may suspend access for violations of these terms, security risks or unpaid charges.
Limitations
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
