Kalpa Labs (“Kalpa”, “we”) provides audio models, applications and APIs. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website and services.
Information we collect and use
We process account and contact details, saved conversations, feedback, and usage totals. We use this information to provide, maintain and secure the services, improve their performance, respond to support requests and administer usage and billing. We may use content to improve our models. To opt out, email security@kalpalabs.ai.
If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information including your name, email address and profile picture, if available. We use this information to sign you in and manage your Kalpa account.
Storage and sharing
Account information is stored with our authentication and database providers. Service content and technical records may be stored in our databases, logs and cloud storage. We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf, and when required by law.
Retention and your choices
We retain information as needed to provide the services, maintain security and meet legal or accounting obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of your information or account, email security@kalpalabs.ai. You can also revoke Google access in your Google Account settings. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete your Kalpa account.
